It depends. If the installation is within the 25-year panel warranty or 10-year inverter warranty period, and the fault is a manufacturing defect, it may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Enertysur Fotovoltaica handles the warranty claim at no extra cost to our customers.
Remote diagnosis is free. An on-site technical visit incurs a call-out charge, which is deducted from the repair quote if you proceed with the work. We always provide a full estimated cost before the visit.
